Shepherd's Grain came to me with four very specific needs:
1. The website style was majorly outdated and needed a facelift.
2. They needed to be able to edit the website and make changes on their own once the website design was completed.
3. Their old site didn't have e-commerce capabilities. Since they were expanding to B2C business, that was a big "need"
4. "Find Your Grower" special feature.
Beyond these abilities that they knew they needed, I also suggested that they begin email marketing and building an email list.
